Jaye R. Lindsay is an experienced trial attorney. For more than a decade he has represented clients throughout Illinois in criminal and civil matters. Jaye has taken cases to trial throughout the state, including complex medical negligence matters, serious felonies, personal injuries, and even litigated probate matters to trial. Today, Jaye focuses the majority of his practice on restoring peoples’ Second Amendment rights. As a decorated combat veteran and lifelong gun enthusiast, he is ready to stand firm for your Constitutional rights.

Jaye attended University of South Florida, where he studied communication and philosophy, before relocating north to attend law school at Southern Illinois University, where he excelled in and out of the classroom. He served as a teaching assistant, citation editor for the Journal of Legal Medicine, and clerked for the Jackson County Circuit Court. When not working, you can find Jaye at local dog barks with his pup, Dolly, or traveling with his three daughters.
